Executive Director
Jill has had a heart for serving seniors for as long as she can remember and feels called to do so. She feels most content when she can use her knowledge and skills to serve others. When not serving her residents, Jill loves going to concerts with friends and enjoys spending time with her 4-year-old son and husband.
Natalie Glover
Dining Service Director
Natalie comes to Proveer at Quail Creek with 15 years’ experience serving seniors. Natalie specializes in restaurant style dining with an emphasis on hospitality. She has a true passion for seniors and loves that she gets to be a part of enhancing the lives of our Proveer at Quail Creek residents. Natalie’s approach to customer service goes above and beyond and shows in the amazing dishes she prepares for the community.
Kelly Wagner
Business Office Manager
Kelly Wagner joined our Quail Creek family, in September of 2020. Kelly’s appreciation for the lives and experiences of her residents provides joy and purpose to her daily responsibilities. Kelly gives great value to the relationships she establishes with her residents and their families while continuing to strive to provide the best of care.
Ava Garraway
Community Sales Director
With more than 16 plus years of experience in the senior living industry, Ava brings enthusiasm and a wealth of knowledge on relationship building, professional relationship development and occupancy growth. In May of 2019 Ava earned a bachelor’s degree in business and ethics from Mid-America Christian University. When Ava is not working, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, family and her German Shepherd, Saga.
Rebekah Holland
Memory Care Life Enrichment Director
Rebekah’s passion is working with Memory Care residents and giving them the special individual attention that they need. She loves finding new ways to bring joy and new experiences to her residents whether that be by bringing in pet therapy, going outside to plant flowers, or the gift of live music. Rebekah is a new mom and loves showing off pictures of her baby boy, while asking her residents for life advice as a new mom.
